I am committed to building a birthing environment for you that is based on love, holistic health, equity and empowerment. The knowledge I carry is based on both oral traditions of my ancestors and self-education through research and communication. I am not ashamed to admit if there is something I do not know. My priority is always you and the safety of your seed.

I am really glad that I met Brenda, who has not only been my doula but has become my friend! She has gone above and beyond her role as a doula during my difficult pregnancy and delivery. She is a very calm and positive person which was a blessing during the ups and downs of my high risk pregnancy. She is a good listener, compassionate, and very understanding. I appreciated her support as we created my birth plan and when things didn’t go as planned during my delivery. I also appreciated how she helped me heal emotionally from a previous miscarriage by just being present and caring. She has been a wonderful doula and I look forward to working with her again when we decide to grow our family.
