Camilla just attended the birth of my third child. She had a calm, warm presence, and had a figurative toolbox full of great ideas to help make labor a more comfortable experience. As an added bonus, she took some beautiful photos that captured my labor, and our first moments with our new son. I would definitely recommend her to other moms!
She was wonderful as a photographer and supporting as a Doula. The birthing experience was better than I imagined with her help.
Friday I gave birth to our third child and this was my first birth experience using a doula. Camilla did an amazing job! She was able to help me through each contraction by using counter pressure techniques and even helping my husband to help me. I was able to have an unmediated vaginal delivery because of her help! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She also went above and beyond and photographed the birth and I will forever have these keepsakes to remind me of this amazing empowering birth!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Camilla. She attended the birth of my second child and it was such a redemptive, enjoyable experience because of her role in my labor. My first birth was not a desirable experience and my pregnancy was quite stressful at times, but Camilla made me feel so prepared, confident, comfortable, and loved. I know I was able to have the birth I want because of Camilla's encouragement and expertise throughout the end of my pregnancy and during labor. She also photographed my labor, and I am incredibly happy with the photos! She completely captured the work and joy of my son's birth. I would love to have Camilla attend my next labor and absolutely recommend her to other expecting mammas!
