I cannot express how wonderful, kind, compassionate and caring the doulas we worked with were. We used Concierge Doula Services as post-partum doulas for the first 12 weeks our babies were home, our twins were born at 34 weeks and spent 7 days in the NICU.  At our pediatric follow-up, our doctor advised us they could die at any time, she had even had a premie die in her office once and there was nothing to be done.  We were understandably terrified and I was dealing with post-partum depression.  Having these amazing women in our lives was like having an angel ad a mother come to both soothe our fears and care for the babies like their own. I learned everything from bathing my 5lb babies, changing their diapers in my sleep, feeding ad burping and gained the confidence I needed that I would accidentally forget to support the head, hit a fontanel or drop a tiny miracle.  I still consider Monica, Sharim and Kathy family and will always be grateful for their love and support!

I had the most wonderful experience with Kathy Bradley at Childbirth Concierge. She immediaterly connected with my vision for delivery, including valuing our OB/hospital team (who also very much enjoyed working with her). She was considerate, thoguhtful, and gently nudging when necessary! I appreciated her straightforward approach and the depth of her knowledge. We had an exceptional delivery experience because of her guidance!

Kathy was an amazing doula. She was always accessible even when she was on vacation and she made my husband and I feel so comfortable. This was our first baby and we had never heard about a doula or what they do and we are so glad we learned about doulas and even happier that we used Kathy. Kathy was actually recommended by my OBGYN practice because they love working with her and popping up so we knew we had to meet her.

Before, during and after delivery, Kathy has become like family. She answered all of my silly first time mom questions, had great suggestions when I had some slight issues during the last few weeks of my pregnancy and she even took some incredible photos during my delivery.

You will not be disappointed with Kathy and her team of doulas (we took a class with Sharim and she was also fantastic). Kathy and her team will definitely help ease the stress of pregnancy/delivery so don't hesitate to book her services.

From the moment I found out I was pregnant to trying to figure out how to be a new parent, Kathy was there. When I say Kathy and her team were an invaluable part of the success of my experience, I'm not kidding- I could not have done it without her and I would not hesitate again to go with Childbirth Concierge should my husband and I decide to expand our family further. To start, I am a holistic doctor and really wanted to experience a natural childbirth but now I realize that you can never fully plan anything  and always get your way when it comes to your pregnancy and birth experience. My pregnancy wasn't an easy one. I had everything imaginable from preeclamsia to severe eczema, nausea 24 hours a day, inability to sleep,...the list goes on and on. I truly didn't know how to handle the curve balls that came my way and that's where Kathy came in. She helped navigate me through dealing with these issues and for some, we were able to control things through simple dietary and supplement changes and for others, we just had to attempt at making my symptoms less severe so that I could just live with it until my pregnancy was over. Cut to my birth: I was induced at 38 weeks however, the induction took forever and ended up in an emergency c-section. I was in the hospital for 6 days and attempted absolutely everything I could before I finally agreed to surgical intervention. Kathy was there the whole time assisting me, acting as a liason between me, my husband and the hospital staff so that I understood exactly what my options were and never felt pressured. This was my first child and I was absolutely terrified of the hospital, the birthing process and everything that came with it- Kathy was such a huge part of putting me at ease. Simply put, I could not have done this without her. If you are looking for a doula, look no further than Childbirth Concierge- they are the best in Orlando!

My primary Doula was unable to meet me due to contracting the flu and Tara was called in as my back up Doula. I was quite nervous as I had never met her and I was already in labor. Immediately, I was comforted by her warm and reassuring presence. I was already  into active labor when I arrived at the hospital and had difficulty relaying my personal information to the nursing staff. Tara served as a great liaison between myself and the staff and made the transition go smoothly.  She was a wealth of knowledge in helping me to figure out the best positions for labor and was able to help me find a comfortable rhythm during contractions. I especially loved how she was able to help my husband feel part of the process by suggesting various ways he could soothe and support me during my contractions.  I was able to fulfill my wishes of a natural birth due to her positivity and encouragement. Later, after the birth,  I had some trouble with latch in breast-feeding and she was available and willing to offer consultation and support which has led to a very successful breastfeeding experience. I cannot say enough positive things about Tara and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to for fill their wishes of having the birth experience they desire.
