I am beyond grateful for the incredible support I received from Doula Vivi during my labor and birth of my son in the spring of 2025.

From the moment we first met we clicked. When she arrived at my birthing facility, she was a calm and steady presence by my side, guiding me through each stage with encouragement and reassurance. She not only supported me, but also took the time to answer my partner’s questions and make sure he felt confident and involved throughout the birth.

What touched me most was her kindness in spending time with my 2-year-old daughter, helping her feel comfortable and included during such a big transition for our family.

Doula Vivi’s care went above and beyond, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better doula to walk with us through this special moment in our lives.

I will be contacting her if we ever decide to expand our family.

Vivi Mack is simply put -- Amazing. Not only is she professional and personable, she gets back to you in a timely manner, and appropriately addresses your concerns. Vivi was my doula with my son. He is now a rambunctious toddler. I was a very high risk pregnancy, and I was going through my pregnancy alone. Vivi helped encourage me, and accompanied me to my appointments.

Because I was high risk, Vivi helped me tailor a birth plan that was 100% followed by Hillcrest Hospital! I was very impressed. Because things didn't go as planned with my ten year old, I had specifics that I wanted followed, and with her help, Hillcrest was able to accomidate.

Vivi is an advocate. She will advocate for you. She will advocate for your baby. She will educate you on encapsulation of placenta, and the realities around routine infant circumcision and how it is mutilating your baby and how your baby is perfect and whole. Vivi will make sure your needs come first (within medical reasoning of course)

Vivi was able to help me tailor a birth plan that met my needs. In our birth plan, we included things like "no circumcision, pulse-ox and echo done before hospital release, no breaking of my waters, free movement allowed and wireless monitoring and delayed cord clamping" and I was induced due to my high risk! We chose to bank our babies cord blood with Cord Blood Registry for stem cell support, and encouraged breastfeeding (even though I was unable to because of my medications passing through to baby and being unhealthy for him)

Vivi encouraged proper positioning, and breathing. Educated me on perineal massage, and she answered all my questions that I had! She even came for a postpartum visit in the hospital and brought little gifts :)

I highly reccomend this doula. She is knowledgeable, she is friendly, kind, educates others, is open to others views, non judgemental, and she is affordable! Vivi gets five stars in my book! We will use her again!
