I am writing on behalf of Christy Goddard, doula extraordinaire. Being a first time mom, I was super anxious about having a baby and also having a stranger be responsible for our newborn. Christy not only eased my fears, but she became family. She started watching my child when she was less than two months old during the night for five months. She would check-in with my husband and I each morning. We started sleep training and Christy helped us to implement our plan. She became a successful through the night sleeper! The pandemic started and we did not have daycare. Christy began watching our daughter during the day for almost 8 months. She treated our daughter as her own. She showed me how to be a parent. We would even cook meals together. We also went on vacation with Christy and two of her children. Her children are amazing young adults. We were so fortunate to have found Christy and hopefully you will allow Christy to be a much needed addition to your family.
