Jessica was the perfect addition to my labor team. She is a calming influence who was able to give me the confidence to go with the flow of my labor and not get stuck to "the perfect birth at any cost" mindset. With her wonderfully helpful skills and relaxing personality I was able to give birth naturally to my beautiful, healthy 10 lb son. Thanks Jessica!

Wow, I’m so thankful I used a Doula for  the birth of my first child! I would never give birth without one. Jessica was incredible. I wish I had told her to come sooner, as the moment she showed up, she did a few tricks and my labor shifted from early labor to active! It had been in early stage for  about 30 hours already, and it was so wonderful to have the results immediately when Jessica came over. I had a wonderful experience with labor and birth thanks to using a great Doula and taking a Bradley method birthing class. Highly recommend BOTH! I didn’t use any medications, it was a totally natural birth, and that is the way to go! 

Jessical also helped me with support around my first miscarriage after getting pregnant again later on. Not knowing for sure what was happening and what the experience would be like, it was so helpful to get some knowledge and understanding.

Jessica was my doula for the birth of my first child. As a first time mother, I was extremely nervous, and my family was across the country. Even though I missed my mother and sisters, Jessica and her partner made me feel so loved and that I wasn't alone, I was so comfortable! I was afraid of birth trauma but I can truly say my birth went so much better than I expected, and I am so in love with my whole experience, I couldn't be happier with it. She was very thorough in explaining every asppect of what to expect so there where no surprises. She answered my questions and when I voiced any concern, question or even something I'd like, she listened and did her best to find an answer for me. She was extremely professional. She helped me get through labor and handle the pains through natural methods that actually worked (shocked the skeptic in me). During labor and delivery she was so attentive and encouraging, even when I didn't know I needed the encouragement. She put so much love into everything she did and some of the exercises for the back pain really helped with the back labor! I am so grateful to have had her.

Over the years when i'd daydream about having a child, I'd always wanted to be surrounded by loving women as I believe for me, child bearing, delivery and rearing works best with a village of women loving and supporting eachother. Circumstances placed me across the country from my mother and closest friends who I consider siblings, and half the world away from the rest of my family. Jessica took away the worry of being alone, and made me feel safe, ready, informed and cared for. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Jessica always arrived to the scene with a big smile and huge attentiveness. She was open to all our questions and did not direct the conversation, but allowed us to direct the conversation and what we wanted to work on or learn. She came to our home and brought materials to read, as well as facilitated healthy conversations that my parent and I needed to share. She taught any techniques I asked to focus on and offered support 24/7.
