Hi, My name is Heidi and I wanted to write to tell everyone how awesomely amazing my Doula Kathie was. I am over 35, and when I got pregnant I was both excited and scared, because of my age. I contacted Kathie, we met, and right away all my worries were gone. Kathie not only encouraged me all along the way, but gave me valuable information at both of our meetings. When my labor started, Kathie was at my side during the entire process, and I labored for over 30 hours!! She was an angel sent to me to help me get the birth I wanted. I can't say enough about her!! If you are seriously looking or just thinking about it, Kathie is worth contacting!!! The best money spent, she is worth every penny and then some!

I could not have experienced the birth I did if not for my fantastic doula, Kathie. She met with me 2 different times before my birth and gave me lots of information. I was able to take this information and make the right decisions for my pregnancy and birth.

When I went into labor, she was with me the whole time. Her professionalism and experience were greatly appreciated. I wanted a natural birth, and Kathie explained everything that was offered to me from the nurses in a way that helped me make the choices I wanted. Her gentle spirit filled the room and set the mood for a great birth. When I didn't think I could do it, she was there helping me through every breath and every contraction. When it was time to push, I only focused on Kathie's gentle guiding voice. I know that sounds wierd, but she was the best! My husband and I welcomed our baby girl into a peaceful enviromnent and enjoyed our "Golden Hour" all with the help of Kathie.

I would recommend Kathie to all future moms, she is the best!!! Worth every penny and then some!

Hi,
I am writing this testimony because my Doula, Kathie, was a life saver. I wanted an all natural birth and if Kathie were not there, I know I would not have gotten through it. She was with me from the moment I went into labor at my home, to going to the hospital, and helped me through every contraction. When I was at my weakest, Kathie gave me the strength to keep going. She knew what I wanted and she believed in me. She has the voice of an angel and a perfect gentle touch. My labor was long and hard, but I would have never been able to do it without Kathie by my side. If you are looking for a Doula, you have to talk to Kathie. You have to!!

Thank you Kathie for everything you did, the cool cloth on my forehead, making me get out of bed and walk when I didn’t want to, for the focus you gave me to get through every contraction and for teaching me how to push even when it hurt. You are amazing and my precious family thanks you!

After a slight traumatic experience of giving birth with my first son, I was doing research on how to have better labor experience. And the idea of having a doula came up. I prayed for one and found Kathie on doulamatch.net .

She was prompt to respond to my texts, always asking me if I have any questions/concerns, and assuring me that she's there for me.

When the time finally came for me to give birth, she was there with every contractions, every breaths, encouraging me and reminding me that everything is working together for me to have the baby. Even when I felt I want to give up, she was there to pick me up. Her soft voice and her calm demeanor was just what I needed during that time. She even reminded my husband to just love me (in between contractions).

When people asked me about my birthing experience this time around they're astonished on how I did it without epidural. I always say I wouldn't have done it without my doula and my husband beside me. Kathie is really a heaven sent and an answered prayer.

Going into my first pregnancy I knew I wanted some extra help in addition to having my husband there. We wanted "a face" that we knew would be in the room with us to support us since the OBGYN is only with you for the delivery. Kathies presence alone was well worth it! We also knew that we wanted someone who was a Christian to stand in agreement with us that the baby would be healthy and that God would be with us no matter what happened. Kathie even prayed for me during a rough patch of labor and it meant the world to both me and my husband!

We met with Kathie a few times before Rosellas birth. She provided a lot of useful information (but not so much that we felt overwhelmed) and responded to our questions thoughtfully. She helped us formulate our birth plan and to feel as prepared as we could for the birth. Throughout the process, I appreciated that, rather than telling us what we should do, she explained the pros and cons of various decisions. She might tell us why others choose to do certain things, but I never felt like she would judge me if I decided to do things differently.

Kathie is such a sweet spirited woman! Her presence during the birth of our daughter was a tremendous help. This was our first pregnancy and we both wanted to have an experienced and encouraging coach to help us along the way. In addition, Kathie was helpful in educating us in what to expect in the weeks leading up to the birth, which eased my mind. Our daughter, Rosella, was born at Fountain Valley hospital. Kathie was very professional and nurturing throughout the labor and delivery.

She is awesome. Thanks so much Kathie!

Kathie Bramm was our Doula for the birth of our second son. I want to thank Kathie for her support and prayers. She was indispensible. I needed her so much when at the hospital I felt panicy several times. She helped me through it. I felt so prepared due to our meetings before hand. I can't say enough great things about Kathie and I would recommend her hands down to all new moms looking for a great birthing experience! Her gentle spirit and calm demeanor were so helpful. She knew just what to do!

My wife and I were blessed with having Kathie as our Doula at the birth of our daughter Mia. She was a gift sent to us. She spoke softly to my wife and was there for whatever we needed. My wife would not have been able to have the birth she desired if not for Kathie, and I, speaking as a husband, would never have been able to help my wife bring our daughter into this world without Kathie's help. She was like having an angel in the room. We can not say enough about Kathie, and we both highly recommend her as your Doula!

I am very happy you (Kathie) were with me through every contraction. What a great experience. I didn't think I was going to be able to do it (have a natural birth after two drugged births) but you believed in me and helped me through everything.
