Sara attended the birth of my first child, born in July 2016. SHE IS AMAZING! Highly highly recommend her.

Her sweet spirit and calming, compassionate presence was a huge blessing. She also has a great sense of humor! You can tell how much she cares from the heart for her clients. We are so glad she was a part of our birth story! It's the support you get before AND after that really make having a doula by yourside a holistic experience. It's not just the hours (and God forbid-days!) that you're in labor. It's knowing there's someone there to talk to. And Sara is the kind of person that I felt welcome reaching out to whenever I had apprehensions, questions, or want to vent.  She shared a lot of wisdom with me, and I am ever so grateful for her!

And just wanted to add that during labor, she was steady and calm. Knew just when to help and step back!

She also provides placenta encapsulation services and is very professional!!! She'll take all the guesswork and legwork out!

<3 her!!!

Sara was absolutely amazing as our Doula. She was always available to offer advice and brought a calm tone to the pains I was feeling. I truly felt we were working together as a team while I was pregnant. Although our ideas of birth plans differed, she continuously kept an open mind about my plan. The emotional support she provided was so important for me as well. She took the time to listen to my concerns helped to put my mind at ease. During the delivery, she played a tremendous part in helping me deliver my baby with her words of encouragement. She also showed me a way to push during my contractions that proved to be very important with the timing of my delivery. The delivery nurse even mentioned that she had never seen a Doula as involved as Sara. Thank you Sara for helping me make my birth experience so special. You will forever be part of our family.
