I absolutely loved my entire experience with Nicole.

Pregnancy - She answered so many questions throughout my pregnancy, came to my home to help me out from teaching me how to use my breast pump, to helping me get my house in order, and even doing some meal prep so I'd have quick meals in the freezer once we got home with baby.

Labor - Nicole provided us with techniques to assist with pain management during the labor and she helped me through contractions while my husband grabbed some much needed shut eye after coming off a 12 hour work shift (because of course I went into labor while he was at work). She made sure he was fed, and that I had all the water I wanted, so that my husband didn't have to leave my side.

Delivery - I wanted nothing to do with my husband's "You're doing so good!" during delivery (cause seriously, he had no clue what that felt like), so having Nicole there to cheer me on was much needed. In the rush after delivery, she helped make sure we got what we wanted (delayed cord clamping, my husband cutting the cord, etc) because I was so tired I wouldn't have remembered myself.

Post-Delivery - Nicole stayed to make sure we had everything we needed, then left our new little family to our bonding.

Post-Partum - I struggled with breast-feeding in the first few weeks after our sweet baby girl joined us, and having someone to call besides the lactation consultant to listen to my fears and assure me that I wasn't doing anything wrong was great.

While I know that we could have gone through this pregnancy without a doula, having her support and assistance was incredibly helpful. Nicole was very knowledgable when it came to answering my millions of questions, and supportive of the decisions my husband and I made for our birth plan.

Thank you so much for being there for us, we couldn't have asked for a better doula!
