I cannot express enough gratitude for Calina! Calina came into our home when my son Leo wasn’t even a week old, and I couldn’t have survived the newborn stage without her. To say she was a tremendous help, is an understatement. Calina helped me give Leo his first bath, she helped me set up my breast pump, she cooked, did laundry and allowed me to sleep! My husband and I would breathe a sigh of relief when she would appear at our door. She introduced me to so many foods and recipes that helped with my milk supply, and we still use these meals in our weekly rotation. Calina gave me the confidence and encouragement I needed as a first time mom, I don’t know what I would have done without her emotional support. Her presence was simply invaluable!

We highly recommend Calina. She was a wonderful support to myself and my family as we welcomed our second child. She met with us beforehand and answered some questions we had. She spent a great deal of time with us and was a calming force during a time of change.

She quickly found her way around our home which was a relief as I didn't have to feel like I needed to 'train' or hold her hand to show her where everything was/how to work things each moment. I was able to be comfortable in my own home getting some much needed help. Such a relief to not have to do certain things the days she was there and just relax and be present with my baby and myself.

She not only helped entertain my lively toddler while the baby and I rested, she kept up with the dishes and laundry. She even gently made sure I had the option to rest or shower when needed in addition to keeping my water bottle full, prepping lunch, and even creating an area in my house for a 'pumping station.' Although this was our second child, I learned quite a bit from her and only wish I could have had her around after my first! She was an incredible support and we are so grateful.
