The birth experience is magical. I believe that each pregnancy and birth is beautiful no matter what path it takes, as long as Mom is the one who makes the informed decisions that lead down the path of her choice. I am there to inform, to educate, and to accompany every Mom down that beautiful path of her choice.”

Atara made a huge impact on our birthing experience. Her caring professionalism and insight enabled her to support the vision my husband and I had for our birth. When we encountered challenging moments in labor, Atara's strength and skill in working with the rest of the birthing team to best meet our needs along with her sense of humor helped us through. Throughout, Atara responded to our questions large and small with unrelenting support and resources that were so helpful. We loved working with her and would highly recommend!

As my daughter turns one I keep thinking back to the day she entered the world. It was such an empowering day. I labored at home till transition. I made it to 10cm without an epidural. And I can confidently say this was ALL Atara. I was Miss I want an epidural before labor starts but Atara helped me to achieve my dream of laboring at home alot longer then I ever could have dreamed of on my own. Sbe was beyond amazing.

I am so grateful to have had Atara at my birth. She helped me labor more comfortably at home, providing massage, warming pads, and helping me change positions. At the hospital, she made sure I was well-taken care of and stayed by my side- coaching me and calming me throughout the birth. She is professional, well-prepared, and confident- and will transform your birth experience!

Atara was the doula at my last labor and she was amazing!!

She was so supportive, strong, and understanding. She thought of every possible idea to progess my labor, including pressure points, energy healing, positioning, and others. It amazed me how through the whole labor she stayed full of energy and support. Atara knew how to help us and give us space when needed. She coached me through the hardest parts and had every trick up her sleeve to help me deliver naturally. Thank you so much Atara!

Atara helped us from the beginning of pregnancy to the labor and delivery. She spent 25 hours of labor with us. She was amazing! She helped us navigate all the newness in the hospital and was encouraging. Atara helped me relax and massaged my back. She was there every step of the way until our baby was born. It was very helpful to have Atara with us especially because everything was overwhelming. Atara's emotional support and physical support went hand in hand. It is clear she loves what she does and gives it her all. I highly recommend her as a doula.
