I was gifted a three hour gift certificate for Amanda's post partum services and it was one of the best baby shower gifts that I received! I hadn't anticipated needing her as much as I did and her services were deeply appreciated.  Between a newborn and a very active toddler my house have quickly become a rack and Amanda was able to come in and help me assess the situation and tackle a huge problem in a small amount of time. Thank you so much for your amazing service! I will totally recommend you to others!

Amanda Rose came to us just two weeks before our due date and met with us in our home. She was easy to get ahold of and very eager to be a part of our birth story. She provided my husband and I with a a vast amount of information about birth and postpardum which  was very helpful. When it actually came time for the baby to be born, she was at the hospital the second we needed her and made sure we had everything we needed. Her soft voice and encouraging spirit was just what I needed during birth. She encouraged me and helped me to remember what I had wished for birth and when things medically changed, she was right there to support me and help explain things. She was constantly reminding me to have a snack when I could and she gave me so many drinks of water! The tools she has to help birth and labor more comfortable were a great help! She has a peanut ball and a CUB chair which are thing the hospital does not provide hat were very helpful! She also reminded my husband to rest and take care of himself. I would recommend Amanda Rose to any and every woman looking for a supportive, non-judgemental, easy going doula who meets you right where you are and is willing to be there through it all. She lets you have your experience the way you want it and is willing to do just about anything to make you comfortable during labor and after birth along with friendly visits in your home to talk and check in with you before and after the baby is born! My husband and I are so grateful for Amanda Rose and we will definitely be using her next time we have a baby! ??

Amanda Rose is a very nice, reliable, and hard working person.  She will go that extra mile to help her client.

Amanda treated my son Tejas in a very professional, loving, and courteous way.  My baby really liked her, and always

greeted her with a big smile.  She is very helpful to the family.  We would give her a five star rating.  Amanda

is really a quality Doula.

Amanda Rose was recommended to our family as a doula by our midwives.  She has become a treasure to our family. Her depth of connection with herself informs those around her's nervous system that all is well and to take a deep breath and be in the now. She is well resourced and well connected. I highly recommend her as a pregnancy, birth and bonding support person

Amanda was a wonderful post-partum doula! I was anxious about having someone I didn't know very well in our home during such a tender intimate time (the first few weeks with our newborn), but she was wonderful. Amanda easily assessed what needed to be done, jumped right in and did it- whether it was dishes, laundry, making food, helping with my two older children. It was a HUGE help. She surprised with all kinds of nice touches that only someone tuned in and experienced with the post-partum situation could do- glasses of water and snacks magically appeared wherever I was sitting, my bed and older children's beds were made and turned down (looking oh so inviting!), the random discarded piles of laundry were gathered up, the trash cans were empty (especially that one that got quickly filled up in my bathroom)...all little touches I didn't even think of, let alone ask about, but were so key into making my life easier. She did grocery shopping for me from my iist as well as just improvised based on my need for any snacks that would be good to encourage lactation and healing. My older kids also got colds before the newborn was even 2 weeks old, and she did a wonderful job of getting me a variety of immune boosters, tissues and hand sanitizers to help me keep the baby healthy (which he did stay!). She also was a wonderful source of knowlege and help with all those newborn questions- even with this being my third I was so sleep deprived and my next youngest was 4 years old, so I had forgotten all those early day things that come up and tricks. It was great to have her support and help. She had the senitiveity to know when to be involved and when not to be, one time just taking the 2 older kids on a nature walk for a half-hour which was just what was needed at the moment so that I had some much needed peace and calm. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone having a baby!

Amanda was so intuitive.  She knew what we needed and was totally there to support us after bringing our 4th baby into the world.  I wish I had her around all of the time!

What I would say about her specifically is very important if you are sensitive to other people's energy (especially women), is that she is very non-assuming in the way that I do not feel the energy in the room shift which is so important in a woman's nest during her postpartum stage.  She simply is this way which is so wonderful to have around.  She doesn't judge or push her opinions on you.  She is there if you need her for anything and is always attentive to my needs without me asking (it can be very hard for me to ask for things for myself, so this is great!).

Loved Amanda's loving support during those difficult sleepless days with a new baby and 3 boys!  Thank you Amanda Rose!!

Amanda Rose started working with our family when our daughter was a few weeks old.  I was exhausted and quite frankly a little overwhelmed.  From our first session together Amanda swooped in and supported me in all the areas I needed.  She has provided emotional support, breast feeding guidance, child care support in addition to whipping through household tasks and cooking meals.  I'm not really sure how she gets everything done that she does in the period of time she spends with us- I wasn't able to do everything she does even before I had a baby.  She is hard working, encouraging, knowledgeable and very pleasant to be around.  But, most importantly she is wonderful with our baby girl.  I would highly recommend her to any family!
