When I was pregnant, I was so anxious and nervous about getting enough sleep, and taking care of my baby. I hired Tiffany to help me transition, and she has been a godsend. She is warm, kind, knowledgeable, and our baby loved her. She always listened to me, and made me feel understood and supported me through any anxieties I had. Thanks to her, my baby is sleeping through the night, in his own crib, at 8 weeks! I'm so thankful for our time and for caring for my baby like her own, and caring for me so genuinely.

I hired Tiffany to be our sibling doula (to stay with our toddler while I labored and recovered) and to help while I labored at home before going to hospital. She checked in often and gave me comfort and advice as I was struggling to move into active labor. Once I did go into active labor (after 3 weeks of constant on and off contractions) I was only in labor for 45 min but Tiffany was able to get here quickly and help me as I transitioned into the final stages and loaded me into the car to make the quick drive to the hospital. I was worried that my son might have been born in my bathroom but comforted that at least I had Tiffany calm and ready to support me even if she needed to help deliver him at a moments notice. 10/10 would recommend working with her.

Tiffany was really amazing! She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in helping my 3 months old baby sleep longer stretches in the night which is a heavenly for a first time mom who was sleep deprived! In addition she had also helped me to get more comfortable with breastfeeding. Thank you so much Tiffany, we really don't know what we would have done without you! We would definitely love to have you again in the future!

Tiffany Terry is the most caring, patient, encouraging and thoughtful Doula. I can't imagine a better birth experience because of her help and guidance. We were blessed to achieve a natural, almost painless birth of our 8lb healthy son. Tiffany coached my husband to be my rock of peace and relaxation. Tiffany took awesome, priceless videos and pictures. Tiffany inspired me to believe in my body and educated me well beforehand so that I could relax and go with the flow of my labor. Let me start by saying that Tiffany is AMAZING! I can't imagine giving birth without her! My firstborn's  labor was rough, long, exhausting and terrifying! Through it all Tiffany was the calm in the storm, she kept me informed in a professional and nurturing way through every stage! From our first meeting/class, to figuring out what I wanted/what mattered most to me during labor, to setting up a birth plan, to being my advocate during labor! She was my biggest cheerleader, but also knew when it was time to get down to business! After my first I was terrified to go through that again when I got pregnant with my second, but Tiffany was determined to not let that happen! She encouraged me and reminded me that I was in charge and could change my labor experience! I had the smoothest easiest labor with my second all thanks to her positivity and encouragement! I am forever grateful to her for her encouragement, advocacy, and genuine level of care for not only me but my sweet babies she helped bring earthside!!

Tiffany is the biggest champion you will ever encounter next to family. From our first call, I knew she was the one-the doula for me. Her clients priority always came first and she never hesitated to keep it real with me. Every time we met I always felt heard. I always felt like our time was our time, and not like she was just checking a box, but really making sure we had an understanding and a plan to work towards to. I had to get checked into Baylor unexpectedly to have my baby, I called her at 5p and she was there asap. I was so surprised. Although I encouraged it, she didn't take any breaks and was by my side the entire 38-39 hrs I was giving me birth. When I didn't have anymore energy she coached me and reassured me that we would be having my daughter without surgery. And we did, I will never forget that. Tiffany's knowledge and experience was paramount to our success and not only was my family impressed so were the staff members at Baylor. It wasn't an easy birth, but the worst outcome didn't happen because we were in sync. My sister who delivered her baby girl nine weeks earlier used another Doula and she said Tiffany's professionalism was unmatched. Tiffany is worth every bit of this contract and then some. If God blesses me with another child, there's NO question that I'd hire her as my Doula again. She will forever be apart of my delivery story and pregnancy. She was my counselor, and coach and I'm forever grateful for her.

Tiffany was such a godsend during 2 of my labors.  My husband and I used another doula for my first pregnancy and we quickly learned that we needed someone hands on, not afraid to boss me around and help us do what was best to get through a natural labor.  Tiffany makes you feel confident and empowered to do what you think you can't. I remember with my last baby, I was ready to give up but Tiffany counted me down through 10 more contractions -- and what would you know!  I had a baby at the end of those 10 contractions!!  Tiffany is knowledgeable, kind, and also fun.  She is so easy to chat with between contractions or during prenatal and postpartum check-ups.  She toes the line between pushing you and honoring your wishes, truly helping you have the best birthing experience as possible.  She made me do things I would have never thought to have done or wouldn't have done on my own - and they were all to my benefit.  She 100% knows what she is doing and it was evident to us during both, very different, labors.  With Tiffany's help, I was able to welcome two beautiful babies into this world naturally.  She not only supported me, but helped my husband during the labors as well.  We were so pleased with our experience with Tiffany the first time, she was (almost) our first call after we found out we were pregnant again.  You cannot go wrong with having Tiffany by your side during labor.

Tiffany is great. We used her with both of our births. She was great at preparing us for the birth beforehand with a childbirth class which was far more detailed and interactive than the one through the hospital. I really liked the activity where you selected your birth plan and eliminated the options down to the essentials as it is hard to accommodate everything ex. Having your own doctor perform the birth. She was with us the whole time and gave us a lot of help with breastfeeding as well. Again more helpful than the hospital. The whole birth process she was there for and gave great advice. Without her I would have gotten an epidural both times. My husband has been there for both births but said he found Tiffany invaluable both times. We would use her again for a third birth!

I honestly can't brag on Tiffany enough! She just helped me through my first pregnancy and delivery and I don't think I would have made it without her. She provided my husband and I with 3 birthing classes where we discussed the ins and outs of labor and delivery and she taught us several different comfort measures so my husband could participate and help make me comfortable to labor at home as long as possible when the time came. I ended up in active labor for 38 hours and once we were at the hospital Tiffany rarely left my side. She did absolutely everything in her power to relieve my discomfort and she talked me through everything. There wasn't a single contraction that went by that she wasnt telling me how amazing I was and that I was doing such a good job. We literally had to kick her out of the room to go get something to eat after we had been there almost 2 full days. She also encapsulated my placenta for me and made the umbilical cord into a heart shaped keepsake. She still checks on me and came over to help massage my boobs the day my milk came in and I didn't know what to do. Her services include 2 post partum visits, but she makes herself available to you anytime you are in need. Tiffany loves what she does and she legitimately just wants to help you achieve the birth plan that you're looking for. I will sing her praises to anyone that will listen! I have found a lifelong friend in her and I couldn't be more grateful.

I want to have Tiffany attend all of my future births. My husband and I hired her near the end of my pregnancy, and honestly it was the best decision we made. She drove an hour to our home for birthing classes and was such a huge support for us when our son made his debut 5 weeks early. Tiffany stayed with us at the hospital throughout my 36 hour labor. She was such a delight to have in the room, especially when my birth experience didn't exactly follow the birth plan we had laid out. Between having aroma therapy, using the birthing & peanut ball, coaching my husband as he used different counter-pressures, and just making us laugh and feel comfortable amidst the changes over the duration of my labor, Tiffany proved invaluable to both of us. We stayed in the hospital for five days following our son's birth and Tiffany stayed in touch with me, even visiting us just because. Like I stated before, this was the best decision we made. I know that I would have made it through my son's birth, but it wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable and educational as it was with her there by my side. -A

Tiffany stayed with my wife when I had to return home to pack our bags for the impending arrival of our son, which was such a huge help since she was being induced. It also helped that Tiffany was there to answer any of our questions regarding the changes that were rapidly taking place during labor. She worked with me to explain counterpressure and how to administer this technique during labor. She was a great asset to our birth experience! -M

When we were pregnant with our second child, we knew we wanted a similar experience and birth this time. We hired Tiffany later on in the pregnancy because we switched care to an hour away and she was local to Lawton. Tiffany helped us so much that evening of the birth, tirelessly working and offering suggested positions, massage techniques, etc. Her hands are naturally super warm and brought welcomed relief to each contraction. :) We are very grateful for her service and would recommend her to others in the future!

Oh sweet Tiffany - this fabulous young lady not only helped with our sons birth, but in the weeks & months leading up to the wonderful day we got to meet are handsome little blessing. Although our special day had a few twists and turns, it was still a joyous and beautiful event. You have an amazing ability to provide a sense of calmness. After an 11 year age gap between my children you could say the birthing, delivery and post partum process was as good as new. After researching a few different doulas in the FT Sill area I knew Tiffany was the right match for our family. She was cost efficient and communication was always effective and most importantly she was always on stand by for questions or concerns while going above and beyond Long after the birthing processing was finished. If I had to choose a doula again it would be a no brainer!

Tifdamy Terry was so much more than just a doula for my pregnany and birth. She was a friend who was there during the most intense moment of my life. Throughout my pregnancy she educated me on how my baby was developing and answered many questions a first time mom to be always has. When I was 32 weeks with my twins I was having confractions and after consulting with her I met her at the hospital for a check she recommended. The knowledge she had about my symptoms of my pre labor and her suggestion to go to the hospital was one of the reasons my girls did so well being born 7 weeks early. Without her I wouldnt have know I was in preterm labor and might not have receieved the care I did to give my girls a fighting chance. After meeting me at the hospital she stayed with me for over 12 hours overnight because my husband was not in town. She didn't leave until my husband returned to town and was able to be by my side. She then kept visiting me and getting updates for the next 4 days while I was on hospital bedrest. When my labor progressed and a cesarean section was scheduled she was by my side within 20 minutes. She stayed in the room with my husband while I was being prepped in the OR. Having her there helped him stay calm and understand what was happening and what to expect. Her expertise and knowledge on the child birth process through ceserean section helped us both stay calm and be prepared. After the girls were born she stayed at the hospital with me in the recovery room until I felt comfortable and the spinal had worn off. If I have amother pregnancy I will not hesitate to hire her again! She was a god send for me and my family and she continues to check in on us and will be a part of our lives for many years to come!

My experience with Tiffant was truly amazing. I found her when I was 36 weeks pregnant . I had never heard of a doula before and not sure what to expect from the whole experience. Let me tell you, after having my little guy I will never have another baby without Tiffany. I have a severe medical phobia and fainting disorder. I use to have to take Valium to go to the dr for even a simple checkup. So to say I was nervous to have my sweet man would be an understatement! Tiffany walked my husband and I through a birth plan, explaining everything in a way I could process and not get overwhelmed and freaked out by it all. I had some complications and had to be induced at 38 weeks. Tiffany was right there the whole time, explaining the drugs they wanted to give me and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I had my little guy in 6 hrs after being induced and did it with no epidural! We were in labor and delivery for over 24 hrs when he was born and Tiffany was right there the whole time and never batted an eye about how long it was taking or how tired she was. Then she was back that night and the next day checking and Calling to make sure we were still good and offering help with breast feeding. Tiffany continues to make sure we are okay by calling and coming by whenever she is nearby. She has truly become part of our family. She is amazing and i recommend her to everyone I know who is pregnant. She is truly the best.

Tiffany was wonderful from start to end. She met with me numerous times months before my due date to address my fears and worries and helped me work through them. on the day I went into labor things progressed very quick and I didn't think I was so close to having my baby. But Tiffany was able to assess the situation and get me to the hospital. I didn't believe her when she said I'm in transition but i was 8 cm when I arrived at the hospital. She kept me focused and helped me through my toughest contractions. my baby was sunny side up and she explained everything to me in a way that I can understand and helped me flip my baby. I didn't think I can go through with a non- medicated birth and definitely couldn't have done it without Tiffany. She also coached my husband so he can help me and be useful, which I really appreciated since I couldn't communicate to him what I need him to do. It was a wonderful experience working with Tiffany and if I have another baby I'll definitely be wanting Tiffany as my doula again!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Tiffany and would recommend her to anyone interested in placenta encapsulation. She was kind, caring, informative, and professional. She checked on us often during my pregnancy and was available immediately after delivery to begin the encapsulation process. I noticed the benefits of the placenta pills within a day of taking them. I had more energy, my bleeding stopped sooner, my mood was more stable, and overall I could feel my body healing faster after this pregnancy compared to my first. I am so glad I found Tiffany and was able to have such great results with my placenta encapsulation.

Before I got pregnant I knew I wanted a doula as part of my experience. I cherished the idea of a woman helping me along my birthing journey. I was immediately at ease with Tiffany’s energy: Warm, funny, sisterly. Every question I had, she provided me with professional/intelligent responses (or that she would find out the answer). Tiffany always encouraged me to ask questions and was transparent about the importance of paying attention to my body as I progressed. We took her birth classes, giving us a greater sense of knowledge/education, and included showing him massage techniques that would be helpful when labor approached. During the day of my birth Tiffany provided incredible support, helping advocate for my birth-plan, despite pressure from the medical team. I can say without reservation that Tiffany will do everything in her power to help her client. Tiffany was more than just my doula, but also a friend and sister in my journey who was there to happily welcome my son earthside. My partner especially enjoyed that Tiffany made herself available to us. Anytime there was a pregnancy question, he could say, “why don’t you ask Tiffany? I bet she knows” instead of having a distraught pregnant spouse on his hands. I had Tiffany do my placenta encapsulation, which really impacted my emotional state postpartum. A week after my son was born, I was unable to take my pills for 1-2 days and immediately felt more emotional and tearful. Once I was able to take my pills again, I felt much more regulated. I was surprised (and thankful) by how impactful they were in my postpartum recovery. Tiffany was also a great resource as I began my breastfeeding journey – checking in with me after the birth to see how my son was latching, etc. Postpartum, Tiffany checked in with us to ensure I was doing well or if I needed additional support. I would recommend Tiffany unequivocally. I would not hesitate to utilize her services again.

Although I just had my second child, this was the first time that I used a doula. I must say that Tiffany and her services were worth every penny. My goal was to have a different pregnancy and dleivery. It was really important to me to have a natural childbirth, and for my husband to be very involved as well. I was nervous to take on a nautral birth and scared that I would not be able to do it.

Unfortunately, everything did not go as planned when the time came to have my daughter. However, having Tiffany there with me and my husband was the best possible situation. She made sure that I knew what my priorities were for procedures and medications. She also made sure that I knew what was going on at all times and helped me make informed decisions. Depsite the fact that there were complicatons, I was still able to deliver without pain medicatons which was very important to me.

Because she spent time with me and my family before the delivery, she knew exactly what to say to keep me calm, pushing through when I wanted to give up, and guiding my husband so that he knew how best to support me when things got tough. After my daughter was born, Tiffany helped me to understand what was being done to get her healthy when she had to go to the NICU.

Tiffany provided the support and guidance that I could not have gotten from any other source. I am more than happy that I had her by my side though my pregnancy and delivery. She made it possible for me to overcome my fears and accomplish the best birth that I possibly could have had in the situation. I made it through and accomplished something that I wasn't ever 100% convinced I could have ever done. I don't think I could have done it without her.

Not only was she the most amazing doula ever, she continues to be supportive and we remain friends. She also did my placental encapsalation; explaining all the benefits and provides amazing follow up support.

If you are pregnant, Tiffany will be an amazing help! I wasn't educated on doulas with my firstborn and totally regret not having Tiffany there for his birth whoch resulted in a c-section. I truly believe she could have helped with my birth and it wouldn't have resulted in a c-section. With my 2nd son I knew I wanted to experience natural childbirth ad I had every medicine with my first and then the c section so I knew I would need an advocate! Tiffany is a great educator and is so very compassionate! In order to have the delivery I wanted I had to labor at home until I was neat delivery time and I totally trusted her with that. I labored at home for 9 hours and when she saw I was ready she drove me and my husband to the hospital and I was complete and ready to push. She was there with me encouraging me and calming me with every contraction and every push. I seriously could not and would not have done it without her. I know without her I would've given up and my birth would've resulted in anothER cesarean but with her help I was able to have my all natural vaginally birth... A VBAC!! I can not thank her enough for that! She is absolutely amazing!!

I met Tiffany towards the middle of my pregnancy and wasnt sure I wanted a doula since I was already so far along. I had a lot going on in my life besides the joys of pregnancy that I just wasn't sure I wanted anyone else to know about. Well in my last month of pregnancy my husband and I became seperated. I needed support. I needed someone there for me to remind me of the joy I was experience amongst the storm and to help me keep my head up. Tiffany stepped in not only as a doula but emotional support through it all. I told her many times I would understand if she could not do it, but she NEVER left my side and was there from that moment on. I had to move to Texas to be with my family, I told Tiffany I would understand if she could not be there and insisted that it was too far for her to drive. But once again, she didn't listen to me, and she was there! She drove late through the night to be with me and to help me try to get my contractions to pick up(I was planning to have a VBAC and we really wanted to avoid a cesarean) she worked tiresly through the night with me doing different exercises, working on opening up my cervix to get labor started. The next day she was right there at my bed side as I prepared for a cesarean. She was my rock through that whole experience and I could not have been more gracious for her will to not give up on someone! I owe her so much. She truly has a heart for what she does and I admire everything about her.

Tiffany was wonderful! We clicked right away and she made me feel so comfortable. She was there for me and my family through my pregnancy, answering all of my questions helping me with whatever I needed. And she got me through an all natural labor and delivery. I luckily stumbled across Tiffany Terry while I was researching Doulas in my area in 2014. My husband and I were skeptical as to what a doula's job was and how she would be able to help us during labor and delivery. Tiffany was willing to meet with us and explain the basics of her doula services and the type of things she would help us with. If she wouldn't have taken time out of her busy schedule to sit down and explain things to my husband, I never would have convinced him how extremely helpful having a good doula could be.  She helped make my labor and delivery the best it could have been. She helped keep my husband involved throughout all of the labor and delivery. She took time to teach us stretches and techniques that were useful during L&D. She made postpartum visits to make sure all was going smoothly as we transitioned into parenthood. Tiffany is a woman of many talents. She even did my plasenta encapsulation afterwards. She was professional and considerate. She made sure that my birth plan was exactly that - MY birth plan and she explained so many things during our time working together that I didn't know about or was confused about. I could go on for hours about how Tiffany was the perfect fit for me and my family and how anyone would be lucky to have her as their doula. You won't find a more determined and hard working lady to have by your side during such precious moments. She is there to help, to educate, to advocate, and be a friend during this wonderful time of your life and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a pleasent birthing experience. I honestly hope I can convince her to jump on a plane and come to my future baby's welcoming (far in the future).  She is a pleasure to work with and you won't regret having her as your doula.

Tiffany assisted with my birthing process in June of 2013. This was my forth child and I had never hired a doula before. She was awesome! Very nice, professional, and caring. She took time to listen to my wants and needs and helped me get to my goals durning the birthing process. I have since moved away and gave birth to my fifth, wish she was there for that one too.
