Fee Details: Birth support includes in-person prenatal support, as well as unlimited phone, email, and text support, to get to know you and your goals for your upcoming birth; support throughout your labor and birth; one hour immediate postpartum support; one postpartum follow up appointment to help you transition home and into your new role as a parent.
As a Postpartum Doula I assist families with day to day tasks to allow for optimal postpartum recovery. This may include assistance with: household tasks, outings and appointments, grocery shopping and errands, meal planning and preparation, implementing schedules and/or systems, breastfeeding/pumping/formula feeding assistance and support, newborn and/or sibling care, as well as overnight infant care.
Central Nebraska Doula accepts cash, check, or credit card. Payment plans available by request.
