Here is what a client named Erika Espeland has to say about working with Helen:

I  had the pleasure of having Helen as my Doula for postpartum care and highly recommended her exceptional services. Throughout her visits to our home, she brought with her not only humble expertise, but also a sense of warmth and calm. Being a first time mother felt very nerve-racking as did taking help, but from the first day Helen was with us she was able to immerse herself into our family and made me feel comfortable and supported. Her positive demeanor is infectious, making even the hardest days of postpartum seem brighter and more manageable. Helen's ability to keep our newborn daughter content and well cared for put all of my fear and anxiety towards being away from her at ease. Every time she entered the room my daughter would hear her voice and start glowing. Helen would play, sit, bounce, read and rest with my newborn for hours at a time. In the midst of massive snow storms or trying to work around our crazy schedule, she was always there for us. In addition to being an excellent doula, having Helen around for me and my family was a pleasure. She has a wonderful personality that makes her not just a doula, but a great friend. I am forever  grateful for the time she spent with us and the care she provided my family. My daughter and household thrived under her care. I believe anyone in the community who receives Helen’s services will be well-served.

Here is what a client named Alyssa Makalai has to say about working with Berkley:

We have had the great pleasure of working with Berkley during our postpartum experience with twins. From our initial meeting, Berkley was warm and compassionate to our feelings and fears about bringing twins into the world. She listened compassionately and offered her own personal wisdom with twins, along with sound and reassuring advice to encourage us towards a more positive outlook. During postpartum, she gave us the gift of sleep, warm and nourishing food and a clean and peaceful home. She was reliable, knowledgeable, reassuring, never judgmental, always encouraging and she always arrived to our home with an excited and happy smile on her face. It has been such a pleasure working with Berkley and we are so grateful for her and the positive experience we have experienced postpartum because of her. Would absolutely recommend her to any family seeking postpartum or doula support. She is so easy to work and communicate with and she loves and cares for your children like you would. Thank you Berkley

Here is what a client named Dani Lapointe has to say about working with Yvette:

We truly can’t say enough good things about Yvette. Our labour did not go as planned at all. We had originally planned for a home birth but ended up with 5 days of prodromal labour and 3.5 days of actual labour with a bed/staffing shortage in the entire region, a diversion, an augmentation of labour, and an eventual c-section. She was very quick to answer my texts when I had questions before labour started, and when we were in labour, she was answering calls on the first ring. Yvette was there day and night, hour after hour, through the entire process, helping us navigate all the changes in our plans. She educated us, offered suggestions when asked, supported our decisions, advocated for us, comforted us, and reassured us. Despite the obvious sleep deprivation and challenges presented, she never wavered in her support. I do not know how we would have made it through without her. My labour experience would have been much different (worse) had she not been there. This was my first birth and there’s no way I would ever have another without a doula. It was well-worth the investment and I would choose Yvette again 100 times over. Thank you for everything!
