Sarah's presence was invaluable at the birth of our second child. We did not have a doula or other support person at the birth of our first child, and the experience did not go as I had wished. I came away thankful that baby and I were healthy, but still I was left disappointed. I was determined to prepare differently for our second child, and chose to use Sarah's services to achieve the birth experience I desired. It was reassuring to know she would be there to advocate for me, and it was a huge relief for my husband to know all the pressure of supporting me was lifted from his shoulders. I could not have asked for a better or more positive birth experience this time! Sarah's presence was calming and comforting, knowing she is experienced and able to help in any way without taking away from my husband's importance. I will absolutely request Sarah's help for future births and recommend her to anyone having a baby! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and her passion for positive birth experiences is clear.

Sarah has been my birth doula for three of my babies and she was absolutely AMAZING every time. She helped me to stay focused, understand what was happening to my body, trust that I could handle it and tremendously eased my fears. My husband was deployed to Afghanistan during the birth of our first daughter. Sarah was my physical & emotional support through my first natural birth and I simply could not have done it without her. During the birth of my other two daughters, she helped my husband and I connect through the birth and made the entire experience even more special for us. Sarah worked with my doctor and the nurses and supported me with every decision I made. She never left my side and was my rock through every contraction. I couldn't be more thankful for all she did for my husband and our daughters and I'm forever grateful for her!

Sarah is truly everything I could have asked for in a doula. I moved to Ohio from out of state during my third trimester which meant I had to pick a new midwife/OBGYN, hospital and doula and pray that I would make the right choices. My mind was definitely set at ease with meeting Sarah. She is professional, experienced, and it was clear that her goal was to make sure my goals were met throughout my pregnancy and the birth of my baby. It was also extremely important that my doula be DONA certified, which she is. In the 5 times (including labor) that she met with my husband and I she listened, answered our questions, and offered unconditional support. My midwife was also very impressed with her and said she was an awesome doula to work with. Sarah is a great team player while still making sure mom's voice is heard. I would definitely recommend her and plan on working with her again if we have another baby.
