If you are looking for a doula, you NEED Kirsten Lane. She is very down to earth, personable & easy to talk to. She was extremely helpful for my first time pregnancy & labor. She came to our house to check in as contractions got stronger & then came back to help move into positions to progress labor along. She then transitioned to the hospital with us at night after laboring at home for most the afternoon/evening. She was with us the entire labor & present for a little while after until she knew we were settled and good. She was so great at counter pressure/knew what she was doing, that sometimes I wish my husband would of took a break so I would of had her more :) but he was faithfully present the entire time (great husband). BUT really, I highly recommend Kirsten. She's a professional doula.

Kirsten was amazing!  From the first time we met her to the post-birth check in she was kind, thoughtful, and warm.  She brings a calming presence everywhere she goes.  With years of experience with all things birth and childcare related, she was able to easily answer all of my questions and provided much appreciated advice.  Kirsten helped me have the birth I wanted, reminding me of my options and was supportive of my choices, even when I deviated from my original birth plan.  She was flexible and understanding, while maintaining a true passion and love for parents and their babies.  I would very highly recommend Kirsten to anyone looking for their birth journey be a peaceful and supported.

I can't say enough good things about Kirsten!! She was everything I needed and so much more. With her support I was able to have my unmedicated birth and it was everything I could of hoped for. I will 100% be hiring Kirsten again for my next birth.

Kirsten was worth her weight in gold.  She was always available, walked us through our options, and supportive of the best decisions for our family.  She was tireless in her efforts to support me physically with hip squeezes and had a never-exhausting list of suggestions when it felt like labor was going nowhere.  Her calm was contagious when everything else felt like chaos.  I am so thankful for Kirsten's love and support!

I for real cannot recommend Kirsten enough! With my second pregnancy I was very anxious about birth because my first one did not go as planned. Not only was Kirsten soooo helpful during my pregnancy but she also helped me with my previous birth trauma. She also had a ton of resources to help with pregnancy and postpartum.

I would highly recommend Kirsten to anyone looking for a doula. 

Ive used her services as a doula for two births and would absolutely use her services again. My labors are slow, and long. Even having an amazing husband as support - Kirsten’s extra patience and care is just what I need to get through. Kirtsten was there to support one homebirth to hospital transfer, and one planned VBAC in the hospital with an epidural. She can support it all. Even with the epidural, her support still made all the difference! She gently rubbed my legs with oil and had position ideas that I could do even with my epidural. She is the best at being a calming, caring presence while simultaneously helping you advocate for yourself! 

She is absolutely the missing piece to your next birth. Go for it!

From the first time I met Kirsten I instantly had a connection! She was well versed in being a doula and provided a calming sense of encouragement and advice to all my questions and concerns. She had a great connection with my husband as well, and was able to give him the support he needed in the hospital for the birth of our first child. Recover was very difficult after delivery and Kirsten followed through and checked on me frequently in the hospital and once we were home! I am so thankful I had Kirsten by my side and would highly recommend her and hope to have her assistance in future pregnancies!

Kirsten is a wonderful doula. My husband and I hired her for the birth of my second child not long after I returned from doula training myself. We hired her also for the birth of my third child. She was very adaptive as the two births required different skills from her. We know that with any furture children that God blesses us with she will be with us for those births as well. She also does placental encapsulation. And she was very quick to return my pills to me.

Kirsten truly is the best doula she has been part of 2 of my 3 births! She is there for you every step of the way ! No one I would trust more !
