Sherilee was simply amazing throughout out entire baby experience! She is such a loving presence, genuine and her love for her clients shines through Everything she does with you Her teas and pregnancy support products were wonderful while pregnant. Her afterbirth care products were amazing and helped my postpartum care SO much! She was our birthing class instructor for two of our children, and from the first class made us feel so comfortable and our nerves relaxed.
Sherilee was then our birthing doula for our son. This was such a good birthing experience with her by my side. I was so sure at a point that I could not do it naturally and she helped me push through it. Helped me to relax when I so desperately needed it during a traumatic birth, and assisted my husband when he needed support and knowledge and when he was getting near to passing out. She was very much what I needed, hands on and right there with a calm and loving presence - reminding me that I could do it.
After the birth, she encapsulated my placenta for me. Very quick turn-around! And they gave me so much energy and helped with my hormone levels going down slowly.
This woman knows what she is doing. She has been in the business for 10 years now and it shows. I have only seen her compassion and love for people grow more and more.
I will DEFINITELY be calling Sherilee when we have our next little one! And I most certainly recommend her to anyone who would love their own birthing experience.

I hired Sherilee to be our birth doula for the birth of our second child. I didn't have a doula with #1, and I wasn't totally sold on the idea UNTIL I took her Bradley Method classes. I totally recommend her classes for anyone who has not gone through the Bradley course... even if it's your second kid, it's worth it! Anyways, her education prior to labor was instrumental in setting up a birth plan that I felt comfortable with and confident about. Then, once I went into labor, she was such a calming presence throughout the birth. My husband and I both felt supported by her presence, and it was comforting to know we had her there on our side to make sure we had the experience we were hoping for. She was instrumental in communicating with the medical staff so we could just focus on labor. She even went to bat for me when the nurses told me there weren't any recovery rooms so I'd have to stay the night in the birthing room. She worked her magic and somehow got me into a more comfortable bed! Those birthing beds are not ones you want to sleep in ;)

The thing I'm most appreciative regarding having Sherilee at the birth was that while overall the birth was great, not everything went as planned. The doctor did not debrief me on the complication, and I was left with this hazy memory that something had gone wrong even though everything had turned out all right. Sherilee talked me through what had happened and helped me process the entire experience. Without that closure I think I would have always had lingering questions and mixed emotions about the birth. Now I'm pregnant with our 3rd and Sherilee was one of the first to know, as I can't imagine going through a birth without her. She's already provided me with great guidance regarding things I can do now to prepare for labor, and I'm just so glad to know she'll be by our side.

Sherilee was highly recommended by various people, professional and personal, and as soon as I met her I understood why.  She was made for this work and created an amazing experience in helping me bring my first child into this world.  She taught me so much through her experiences, knowledge and soul and I will always have a special place for her!  Her placenta encapsulation was also extremely helpful!  I really have to say all of her setvices, from meetings, to Bradley method classes, to birthing time, and follow up, was all exceptional.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Sherilee.  We (I) decided to hire a doula after learning about their supportive role in birth at a expectant mother meetup.  I had never given birth before and the idea of having a person by our side who would know what was going on and be with us the whole time was incredibly appealing.  I looked for someone who would be a calm and comforting presence during my labor, someone who was knowledgeable and confident, warm and strong.  Sherilee was all of these things and more.  We interviewed several doulas and when we met Sherilee we knew we'd found the right fit.  She was open and supportive of our desired approach to the birth experience.  Although we were working for a natural birth, I was well aware that unpredictability is an inherent part of having a baby.  As it turned out, 18 hours of unmedicated labor led to 10 hours of medicated labor which led to a C-Section.  My child had/has an enormous head.  Although that path was not our plan, the experience was not a negative one.  I felt strong and supported during labor, I knew that my husband had an ally and was also being watched out for...I didn't have to worry, I could just be in the moment.  And when I forgot to do that, I had a kind and experienced voice to remind me.  After our baby was born, we were able to look back and know that we made the best decision we could at every juncture.  We never felt scared or intimidated or unsure.  It was Sherilee's support that allowed that experience.  The pre- and post-birth visits were also invaluable. Feeling prepared, then having someone with whom to process everything and share another set of memories was really wonderful.  I highly recommend Sherilee!

Sherilee was so wonderful! We took her Bradley Method Birthing Class and really enjoyed her personality and she was extremly knowledgable. During my birth she gave me some key pointers, when things got rough! She was by my side with essential oils and encouraging words! She also eally helped  my husband when he needed a break as well! I would totally recommend her services to anyone looking for a more natural birth.

My husband and I attended Sherilee's birthing class and we also had her as our Doula. Her class was amazing and she is very knowledgeable about natural child birth. The class prepared us both for having a natural birth. Having her as our Doula, Sherilee stood by my side through my labor and encouraged me along the way when I wanted to give up. I was able to give birth naturally to my daughter and I wouldn't trade the experience and journey for anything. We will definitely use Sherilee as our Doula in the future if we decide to have another baby. I highly recommend her services for expectant mothers.

Sherilee was the biggest blessing for the births of both of our children. My husband and I took her Bradley Method natural childbirthing classes before the birth of our first daughter and we felt so prepared for the experience that would have otherwise been very scary. We hired her as our doula for the birth of our second daughter and we are so glad we did! She took the time to talk with us our our first birth experience and how we felt about the second birth. She did so much for us from her reassurance and relaxation techniques when I was in active labor at home to getting us to the hospital and working with the hospital staff to make it the best experience for me as possible. She was my angel and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants the feeling of safety and security through this amazing process. Sherilee's passion about what she does is evident and you won't find a more gentle and kindred soul!
