Elisa was such an amazing doula for my family! I had prodromal labor for 3 weeks leading up to the actual birth and she was always available by phone for support and encouragement. When I went into actual labor she met us at the hospital and I immediately felt at ease when she took control of helping me through my labor process. It was important to me to have an unmedicated birth and I honestly think that Elisa made that possible. She knew just what I needed when I needed it. She was also a huge help with dad. He was by my side from the beginning and she stepped in a few times to make sure he was getting breaks and the care he needed as well so that he could continue to support me the way I needed him to. Start to finish I was in the hospital for about 6 hours before giving birth to my sweet girl. I truly think my experience was so positive because of the support I had around me and Elisa played a huge part in that. I will definitely be contacting her again when it's time for baby number 2!

Elisa was a wonderful support for me both before labor and during. This was my first pregnancy, so she provided me with exercises prior to my due date to help get my baby into position, and answered my questions regarding prepping for "the big day". My labor ended up being 27 hours. But Elisa stayed the entire time and encouraged, reassured, and helped me relax as much as possible. She  was definately a great addition to my labor and delivery team! After delivery Elisa has stayed in touch with my family which tells me that she truely cares about the families she helps and the work she does.  I would recommend  her to any family looking for someone that is both knowledgable and caring.

From the first conversation I had with Elisa I knew I wanted her to be a part of what would soon be the best moment of my entire life.  Elisa and I talked at length about my birthing plan.  She was extremely supportive and attentive through the whole thing.  She educated me on things I was not aware of and supported each decision I made every step of the way.   I always felt very comfortable with her and when the big day arrived, she was right there with me.  Even though my labor and delivery did not go exactly to plan, she helped make it a beautiful experience that to me was perfect.  She is most definitely an extraordinary doula!

Elisa is amazing!  Because of her knowledge and positive attitude we had a beautiful delivery of our baby girl.  She was there to talk us through early morning phone calls when we were panicking about false labor, to make sure there was a fan in the room because I've never been warmer than when I was in labor, to help me breath, reminding me to never forget to drink water, push on all the right counter pressure places for each contraction, to be the most wonderful photographer, and a huge, positive support to both myself and my husband.  She was the friendly reassurance that I could indeed do it, and an advocate for us to the doctor and nursing staff to make sure we had the experience we wanted.  She was there for us yhe entire time from labor to delivery and we couldn't have been more thankful. Elisa helped us have the best possible birth we could've ever asked for.!  I can't imagine doing it again without her!
