Register a new Medicaid doula profile for California

DoulaMatch offers free, no-cost DoulaMatch doula profiles to all doulas who are approved to bill Medicaid in California. Doulas must hold an NPI number that is currently listed as a Medicaid Medi-Cal provider by the California Department of Health Care Services.

Doulas who are fee-for-service Medi-Cal providers and bill Medicaid directly should register under their own NPI number. Doulas who are Medi-Cal rendering providers should register under the NPI number for the organization that bills Medicaid for their doula services.
