Group Profiles
Group profiles are a unique feature on DoulaMatch allowing doulas to advertise their work together as a group. You'll find doula agencies, hospital doula groups, community doula groups and group partnerships using the group profile feature to link their doulas together under one umbrella profile.

- The Doulas Serving Families Covered by Medicaid in Washington group profile is maintained by DoulaMatch. It includes over 140 doulas who have been verified as Medicaid doula service providers in the state of Washington.
- Doulas of Victoria have integrated their doula profiles from DoulaMatch into their website as well as a custom search form to search within their DoulaMatch group profile.
- The Doulas for Aboriginal Families Grant Program from the BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres features over 70 doulas and have integrated the DoulaMatch group profile search into their website.
- The Swedish Hospital Doula Program has over 50 doulas in their group, and uses the DoulaMatch group profile search capability to manage their doula referral process.
How Does It Work?
Anyone may create a group profile. Group profile pricing is the same as standard individual doula pricing.
Group profiles appear side-by-side with individual doula profiles in search results. They are formatted to differentiate them from individual profiles.
Group profiles feature a button to launch a search within the group. Only doulas who are members of the group appear in the search results.
If you own a group profile and view an individual doula's profile page on DoulaMatch, you will see a button allowing you to invite them to join your group.
Individual doulas will also see a button on your group's profile page allowing them to apply to join your group.
Further instructions on integrating the DoulaMatch group profile and its search capabilities into the organization's web site are available. DoulaMatch also provides technical support to assist with the integration.
Summary of Group Profile Features
- Searches within a group profile only display the doulas who are members of that group.
- Group profiles can be hosted on your own website with styling that makes them blend in with your site's design. You may host your group profile search page on your own site to limit results to just members of your group.
- DoulaMatch group profile pricing is the same as individual doula profile pricing.
Getting Started
If you already manage an existing profile that contains two or more doulas, you may convert that profile to a group profile. Don't worry, all testimonials associated with the profile will remain.
To create a new, additional group profile, you will need two DoulaMatch accounts, each with a different email address. One account will be for your personal individual profile, and one will be solely for managing the group profile.
Once you create the group profile, you may search for and invite doulas to confirm they should be listed under your group profile.
