My Birth, My Way Childbirth Class

This 4-hour session will give you what to expect, how to prepare, how to navigate your birth choices, and how to have a more comfortable, confident birth experience. This class is appropriate for parents whether they're considering an unmedicated birth, epidural, home birth, birth center, or hospital. You'll come away with: A plan for a variety of comfort measures to use in pregnancy and labor; a birth plan to advocate for your choices; a framework to navigate informed consent discussions with providers; tools you can use from packing lists to position options; and feeling confident and prepared for a better birth.
