Birth, Lactation, & Newborn Class Series

Join our classes designed to provide evidence-based information, hands-on tips, and the support you need to feel confident navigating pregnancy, labor, and the early weeks of parenting. We offer five rotating classes covering essential topics: Birth Essentials: Preparing for Birth Birth Basics: How Labor Works Birth Decisions: Advocacy & Medical Care Preparing for the Fourth Trimester Feeding Foundations: Breast, Bottle, and Beyond Classes rotate on Monday nights from 6–8 PM at Diana Health. You can register for individual classes ($60), or save with a three-class pass ($165) or five-class pass ($250). All classes are taught by Sarah Doyle, an experienced birth & postpartum doula, lactation counselor, Lamaze childbirth educator, and MSW, ensuring a professional, supportive environment. Class sizes are intentionally small to encourage personalized attention and community.
