Pre and Postnatal Yoga is designed to meet the needs of pregnant and postpartum participants simultaneously. Through meditation, hatha yoga and community building, participants diminish the discomforts of pregnancy and the postpartum period, connect with their babies, prepare physically and mentally for the challenge of labor and parenthood, and build relationships with other parents. Precrawlers are welcome and childcare for older children can be provided upon request.
HypnoBirthing® recognizes the impact of thoughts and emotional state on the physiology of labor. These classes are dynamic and fun; rich with information about the birth process and how to work with your body and baby, how the birth companion plays an integral role in labor, and guidance to create your birth plan and make informed choices in any birth setting.
