Postpartum Healing: hormone shifts, newborn sleep, recovery, and adjusting as a family. Feeding Your Baby (and Yourself!): breast/chestfeeding, formula, pumping, and postpartum nourishment. Support Person Tools: what to do, what not to say, communication, and partner confidence. Relationship & Identity Shifts: intimacy, communication, and navigating new roles.
