Get ready to prepare for your birth in a very realistic and hands on environment. You and your support person will learn what to expect in your local hospital setting. You will learn about birth in a very realistic and personal way and leave with your birth preferences and alternatives. Learn how to advocate for yourself and to go in feeling prepared for whatever lies ahead. This is not taught from a textbook. Get ready to practice positions and learn partner support too. We will take two 20 min breaks and allow time for Q & A.
