True North Birth Education — One Day Childbirth Intensive

Most birth classes tell you what to expect. We teach you what to ask. True North Birth Education is a one-day childbirth intensive for couples, birth partners, and solo birthers who want honest, evidence-based preparation. We cover labor physiology, interventions, informed consent, pushing and birth, and the fourth trimester -- all in one day, in a small and welcoming cohort. This class is for you if you have ever looked at what is available for birthing folks and thought, there has to be something better than this. If you want to understand the system you are walking into, know your options, and feel genuinely ready. All bodies, families, and birth configurations welcome. Taught by Maral, a licensed midwife and Laurel, a certified doula + PhD (440 births between us).
