Most expecting parents have plenty of information, but lack clarity. With support, you can feel more confident about: • Communicating with your care providers • Understanding common interventions and options • Turning research into clear, values-aligned choices I’m a birth and postpartum doula with over a decade of experience. My role isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to share evidence-based information, answer questions, and help you prepare with confidence (like a “doula in your back pocket”). Included: • 3 private in-home prep sessions (2.5 hours each) • Birth, postpartum + lactation focus • Birth preference planning • 3 check-in calls (30 minutes each) before birth • 1 postpartum session (2 hours) after birth
