You’ll learn how to navigate decisions when medical advice, intuition, and loved ones offer conflicting guidance. Through role-playing, hands-on practice, and reflection, you’ll explore coping strategies, comfort measures, and partner support skills. The postpartum and lactation portion covers what a day with a newborn really looks like, practical feeding tools, and emotional preparation for the early weeks. These interactive workshops are designed to help you respond with grounded confidence, retain knowledge, and feel empowered for the journey ahead.
