
4th Trimester Fitness Method Postpartum Recovery is a gentle, recovery-focused fitness class focused on recovery and muscle training for your pelvic floor and core. Designed for all postpartum people anytime after 10-days post vaginal birth or 6 weeks post cesarean birth (check with your doctor). This 6-week series is not a kick-butt fitness class. You will not experience anything more in the first 3-4 weeks than you are already doing at home. Your brain will sweat more than your body! In this class series, you will learn how to connect with your deep core muscular system and pelvic floor to structurally support your body as you recover. You will learn about common experiences in the postpartum period from diastasis recti to prolapse and connect with other parents and babies. BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby) or not.

This class meets from January 15 to February 19.
Classes meet Thursday from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM
This class meets 6 times for a total of 7 hours.
