Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation

This class helps you work with your body to get ready for the birth of your baby. Spinning Babies® approach adds more comfort in pregnancy and more ease in birth. Our body-centered approach can be used everyday in pregnancy, in early labor, and when helpful in active labor. After the stretches to let your muscles respond more easily there are birth positions to open your pelvis to let baby down lower in labor and while pushing. Practice these stretches just 15 or 30 minutes a day to grow trust with your innate abilities. You may find more calm and emotional resilience as well.
