Get back to doing what you love to do! Enjoy a safe place to bring your baby with you to class. Make new parent friends. The 4th Trimester Fitness Method Postpartum Recovery class is a gentle, recovery-focused fitness class designed for new mothers. Recovery for your pelvic floor muscle training and core to feel strong and able in caring for your baby and yourself. Learn cesarean and perineal scar massage techniques and gentle stretches. Studies show women who participate in postpartum recovery have reduced swelling, sleep better, and have lower anxiety and depression levels. Postpartum Recovery is for those in the early stage of postpartum…Anytime after 10 days post vaginal birth or 6 weeks after cesarean birth. This 6-week series is not a kick-butt fitness. Learn to structurally support your core and pelvic floor in the recovery phase and learn about diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and other common postpartum experiences.

Cost: $150.00

This class meets from January 17 to February 21.

Classes meet Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM

This class meets 6 times for a total of 7 hours.
