Lauren was both a great doula and wonderful prenatal teacher. She gave us an amazing amount of information and was the reason (I believe) that we were able to have a successful VBAC!  I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and hope to have the opportunity to use her again.

Lauren was great to have as my doula. She is very knowledgeable, provides wonderful and relaxing massages, and fed me well throughout the pregnancy and labor.  She was very energetic even after three days of labor with me and numerous trips to the hospital due to PIH. She was also tremendously helpful with all my breastfeeding questions and was there to give me advice when I was having a hard time. I would absolutely use her again if needed.
