Birth doula fee: $400 to $675 Fee details: My fees include meeting with client at least 2-3 times before delivery, could include ultrasounds, tests or prenatal visits. Being available to help with birth plan or questions. will be available be on call 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after due date. Depending on distance go to clients house went she goes into labor or meet client at hospital; stay until baby is born then atleast one hour after to make sure client is cleaned up and breastfeeding is established.
