Birth doula fee: $400 to $600 Fee details: I was taught that every woman should have a doula. I will generally charge $500 for the first 20 hours, after that $35 an hour in four hour block. I will work with hardship cases and single moms. I am a full circle doula, but prefer labor and delivery.
