Birth doula fee: $300 to $400 Postpartum doula hourly rate: $15 to $20 Fee details: I offer a free consultation. Birth doula services include 24/7 phone and email support during pregnancy and following after birth, two or more prenatal visits as needed, assisting in creating a birth plan, education and information to help you prepare, continuous support during your birth providing comfort measures, information and advocacy, immediate postpartum support, assistance with breastfeeding, and a follow-up postpartum visit.I charge $300 for home birth services, $400 for hospital services.
