Client Testimonials for Corinne Friedrich

Corinne is a wonderful doula! She came and met with my husband and I multiple times before our son was born. After the first visit we knew that she was the right fit for us. She came prepared with documentation for us to review, and she was open to discuss any and all of our questions. I felt comfortable knowing that she was there to help us have the birth experience that we wanted. Unfortunately, my son decided that he was not going to flip over and engage. He was in the frank breach position at 38 weeks! We decided to go in for a version and Corinne came along to provide support. She also sent me numerous articles on how to flip a breach baby. Unfortunately, there just wasn't enough room in there for our little guy to flip, so I ended up with a c-section. Our hospital only allowed one support person in the room with us during the surgery, and my husband was that person, so Corinne was not allowed to be there to support us in that way. But she still came to the hospital and waited in the waiting room until our son was born. She was the first person other than my husband, myself and the hospital staff to hold our little one. Even if you end up with a c-section, having a doula is still a great experience. I wish that she would have been allowed in the operating room because once my husband left with the baby, I was in there all by myself (well with the Dr's), but I felt kind of alone at that point. It would have been nice to have her company. The support that Corinne provided all through our prenatal visits, even after we found out the baby was breach, and all the way through birth was wonderful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula to help enhance your childbirth experience.

Corinne is an amazing Doula! She listened to my husband and I, and made sure that our wishes were met during the birth process. She is very good at educating and making sure you are prepared, and what to expect before the big day comes. I never once had to ask twice for anything with her by my side. She makes sure that you have the birth experience that you want and helps to put together a plan that meets the expectations of that plan. Corinne really made me feel like I was in control of the birth of my child, and did what I asked of her. She also helped to make sure the nurses and midwife did the same. I would highly recomend her to anyone who is looking for a Doula!
