Birth doula fee: $600 Postpartum doula hourly rate: $20 to $35 Fee details: For birth doula services I charge a flat fee. For postpartum services I charge $25 per hour ($20 for birth clients), but may ask for a travel fee if your residence is outside of my range. This is completely negotiable.
