Birth doula fee: $350 Postpartum doula hourly rate: $15 to $20 Fee details: I charge a family less per hour for postpartum care if they have used me as their birth doula. I also request that the first 2 weeks postpartum have a minimum of 10 hours of care, which is set in a package rate.
