Relevant volunteer or advocacy work: I lead an Encouragement Group for Birth Doulas who are located in greater Ann Arbor, MI. Proud to serve on the non-profit board of Michigan Doula Connection, which connects low income families with volunteer birth and postpartum doulas throughout MI with an online system. Also, I lecture in the local universities and teach free quarterly public health lectures titles, "What is a Doula, Anyway?" at Whole Foods and greater Ann Arbor community. I host documentary screenings some promoting fundraising and always encouraging my mission of advocacy and raising awareness about the benefits of doulas. I do occasional volunteer birth doula services.
