Postpartum doula hourly rate: $35 Fee details: My services are designed for each family to ensure their individual needs are met. Although the length of my work varies with each family, on average, I spend between two and four weeks with a family, working about 10 hours per week. I charge $35 per hour for my services and offer set prices for classes. Flexible payment plans are available in order to make my services accessible to those who need them.
