Although I ended up with a c-section she stayed until I was out of recovery to help me breastfeed. She also kept a detailed timeline of my labor and took some photos of my husband and I laboring together.

Leisha Aaron has been such a blessing to our family. I have always been interested in trying for a VBAC since having my first C-section in 2006. My second pregnancy I had a doctor who greatly deterred me from trying. It was so sad for me. By the time I got pregnant with my third - I was GOING to find a doctor that allowed me to try. I met Leisha at the church we attend. She was a breath of fresh air! Her personality made me like her immediately. It also helped that she was pregnant and we had a lot in common. In fact, Leisha was one of the first people I told about my surprise 3rd pregnancy. She told me about her amazing chiropractor and we started going to her also. Leisha was so encouraging during my pregnancy. She helped me decide what route I wanted to take with natural childbirth. My water broke and Leisha came a'runnin'! She worked with my for THREE days. She stayed with me while I was trying to get my labor going, went to our chiropractor with my husband and I, helped head off friends that were being too nosy, and was there for all the ups and downs of my 3rd labor and ultimately c-section. Leisha was so helpful in the hospital. I trusted her with her opinion over our nurse's. I trust Leisha with all my heart as a GREAT doula and have so much confidence in her as a doula and friend. I miss her immensely since I had my daughter. I can't wait until we decide - if we do - to have another child. I know I want her to play a big part in anything to do with my pregnancy and labor. I can't recommend her enough! I am ONE HAPPY MOMMA!! Thanks Leisha - you're the best!

Leisha Aaron is a great doula and made my experience wonderful! Leisha was great at helping me to stay relaxed and calm during my labor. I think because I had my baby at home and because of Leisha's help is why my labor progressed quickly and effectively. I would recommend Leisha as a doula to anyone!
