Shaina was our postpartum doula starting around 4 months and helped us so much with her support! She is knowledgeable about sleep, feeding, play, and generally supported our transition to life with a baby. She always went the extra mile for us, including bringing us a white noise machine and lullaby recordings to help with our baby's sleep. We were lucky to be connected with her and so grateful she was there supporting us during this early phase of our parenting journey.

Shaina was my doula for my first baby, and her presence gave me the MOST MAGICAL experience I could have hoped for. She took the time to really get to know me and my wants and needs in our prep work, which allowed her to show up in all of the right ways. I was in labour for 28 hours, and she was with me every step of the way, responding instantly to communications and staying with me in the hospital throughout the entire process. Her strength and wisdom kept me centered and allowed me to make decisions that I know I couldn't have done on my own, and she advocated for me every step of the way. I will be forever grateful for her work to make my birth a profoundly wonderful experience, and I cannot recommend her enough.
