Nina is a passionate birth doula, postpartum doula, and lactation educator. As a trauma-informed individual, Nina seeks to empower others, especially birthers, reminding them of the strength they hold within. Beyond her birthwork, Nina is also a documentary style photographer, activist, a dedicated advocate for survivors of sexual assault or domestic violence, and a perpetual student of life. In her birthing practices, Nina strives to support and guide families, creating safe and loving environments during all stages of this exciting new chapter. She approaches her doula work with a keen understanding of the importance of cultural practices and rituals. Nina strives to incorporate any traditions that resonate with her clients, ensuring a meaningful and connected experience that honors their heritage.
