If you are on a fence about deciding to have Munick as your postpartum doula, do not think twice, just get her :) Below is my experience with her:

We had Munick as our postpartum doula with our second baby in Jan 2024.
As a mom of a toddler and a newborn, just when everything started to get overwhelming, Munick came into our lives as a true blessing.

She provided exceptional care for your newborn, offering soothing massages, spa-like baths, and engaging in nurturing activities like talking to her and reading books during tummy time. Her attention to detail, support with burping, holding, and relieving gas demonstrates a high level of expertise. Moreover, her loving approach created a positive impact on the newborn and our family. The guidance she provided in setting a pattern for your baby contributed significantly to easing your transition into parenthood with two kids.

She also kept my 3 year old toddler busy and made her feel special and loved. She thoughtfully engaged her in art and craft activities, would have fun play time, fed her when needed and even thought her science and maths concepts. My toddler deeply connected with her soon and absolutely loves her!!

Munick went above and beyond in providing support to our family during this crucial time. She wore multiple hats as a friend, a caretaker, counselor, cook, photographer, psychologist, what not!! She isn't merely a typical postpartum doula; she's the kind of person every family hopes to have as one of their own. She was everything and more than what we needed and we feel extremely lucky to have found Munick.

Munick was not just a wonderful support to our family during one of the most important & overwhleming times in our life, she truly became a part of our family & continues to be an extension of our home & journey. I can honestly say I could not have gotten through the early days of motherhood without her. The moment I met her, I instantly felt her light, love & care, which immediately put me at ease. She is proactive, knowledgable, communicative, confident, & quickly integrates into the flow of a family, and bonding with baby. She helped with feeding, bathing, changing, sleeping, developmental milestones, cleaning, & taking care of mom. I could depend on, lean on, & confide in her. She taught me so much about babies, motherhood, and gave me the space and grace to become the mom I am meant to be. She created food and development plans for my daughter and was genuinely invested in her health, development, and happiness. If Munick had a suggestion or question, she would always come to us. She is honest, dependable, & takes communication with the family very seriously. Munick taught our daughter the beauty of art, nature, music, food, and the Brazilian culture. We kept Munick with our family for over 2 years, and every single day spent was special, beautiful, and full of learning and love.  Trusting someone with your most precious love, knowing they will love and care for them, is a gift we really didn't think possible until we found Munick. And in the hardest of times- illness, poor sleeping habits, teething, transitions, food aversions, etc., Munick was our calm, steady guide. I still call Munick when I need help. She takes her education & role very seriously, is constantly learning, studying, and growing in her own skills. Munick completely exceeded our expectations. It's hard to put into words just how wonderful, dedicated, professional, knowledgable, and kind she really is. Any family would be SO lucky to have her!

Munick helped us for two nights when our baby was 3 weeks old. Our contracted doula was not available and she jumped in even though it was a holiday. I experienced Munick as very kind and loving, she immediately bonded with our baby boy. We would have a conversation about the day's events right when she arrived at 10pm and then again in the morning at 6am when I was pumping. She helped me talk through some spit-up concerns and discuss options. 
Even though Munick was only here for 2 nights she felt like a part of the family after. She deeply cares about the family and infants and we could feel that. 
I would always hire her again.
