Will consider trades, flexible with payment arrangements. Please contact me if finances are a barrier. DAFGP approved. PRENATAL: 2 prenatal sessions; On-call phone & text support from hiring; birth planning support; referrals to community services BIRTH: Continuous, 1-on-1 care from early labour until 1-2 hours after birth; Movement, massage, affirmations, breathing; First feed, latching, and newborn care support; Amateur birth photography and videos POSTPARTUM: 1 to 2 in-person visits with a focus on newborn care and emotional support; On-call phone and text support for six weeks postpartum; Referrals to postpartum resources; A written copy of your baby's birth story ADDITIONAL: I can offer basic prenatal and postpartum herbal support for the gestating parent and birth helper(s) supporting them on their journey.
