I like to establish a relationship with the hospital team that will be present during the labor and delivery of my client and her baby. I like to make sure everyone is on the same page as to their desired birth plan and work in conjunction with the nurses to create a safe and peaceful environment for my client and baby.

Hi there, I'm Andrea, and my goal is to make a positive impact in the world of maternal health and well-being. Currently, I am volunteering for the Happy Mama Healthy Baby Alliance (HMHBA) as a Birth Doula. I've also taken on a board member position with HMHBA because I believe so strongly in the cause. My focus is on supporting women, especially those in low-income communities and women of color. I've seen firsthand the unique challenges these incredible women face, and it's fueled my passion to make a difference in their lives. Being from Guatemala, my passion lies in supporting Latina women in my community as bilingual Doula. As a Doula, Yoga Instructor, and Wellness Coach, I approach my work with a holistic mindset. I want to be there for mothers every step of the way on their journey to improved well-being. I get it – the struggles, the joys, and everything in between. My goal is to guide moms toward a lifestyle that's not only healthier but tailored to their individual needs. I'm all about breaking down barriers and ensuring that every mom, regardless of background or circumstances, has the support she deserves. In my role as a Doula, I'm there to provide emotional, physical, and informational support during the incredible journey of pregnancy and childbirth. Whether I'm leading a yoga class or coaching on wellness, I want to make a real impact. I offer expertise in areas like nutrition, physical fitness, and mental well-being. From preconception through pregnancy to postpartum care, I'm here for women in every stage of motherhood. Fee Details

The basic package includes the following: Three prenatal visits (1 per trimester or when the client signs on); Doula support during labor + birth; Two postpartum visits first one 24-48 hrs after giving birth and second visit after 1-2 weeks. This package also includes one childbirth education course, a childbirth and postpartum care handbooks, and birthing experience template, and 24/7 communication with me. The full package includes the following: Three prenatal visits (1 per trimester or when the client signs on); Doula support during labor + birth; Two postpartum visits: first one 24-48 hrs after giving birth and second visit after 1-2 weeks; one childbirth education course, a childbirth and postpartum care handbook, and birth experience template; mindful guided meditation package; perinatal yoga video package, and 24/7 communication with me.
