I was always aware that there were doula services out there, but I was misinformed on how vital that role is during both the pregnancy and delivery. Having Rachel as our doula gave us that extra feeling of hope that we needed in order to have a successful delivery. Throughout the entire process she was patient and supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my husband and I felt calm and confident.
