Since the day my baby was born, Melody has accompanied me and taught me throughout this process of motherhood. Everything about lactation, postpartum, complementary feeding and most important selfcare for myself as new mama.

Melody is amazing in her ability to be a calming presence when I had issues beginning my breastfeeding journey. She was extremely patient and empathetic in helping me solve issues with engorgement and dealing with feeding struggles. She was able to help me work through my concerns in person, and she is such a great resource. The way she answered my questions with patience put me at ease, reassured me I was on the right track, and removed any anxiety I initially had going into this journey. Melody also followed up with me afterwards and I really felt supported and understood akin to a close friend. When I have questions, she is able to provide detailed responses. For these reasons I highly recommend Melody for anyone seeking postpartum support.

I am very grateful to moledy chen for her help. As a novice parent, there are always various things that I don’t understand, from pregnancy to hospital delivery, to the birth of the baby, breast milk bottle feeding, adding milk powder, and so on. Thanks to her for her spiritual comfort and help, and thanks to the wic women and children's group for their help, so that our small family can grow up slowly.
