I recently had the pleasure of working with Elyse as she provided overnight care for my newborn baby. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, expertise, and compassion in caring for both my baby and myself during this challenging postpartum period.

We had peace of mind knowing that our baby was in good hands. Elyse was also able to provide valuable guidance and support on breastfeeding, newborn care, sleeping routines, and general postpartum care, easing my worries and uncertainties as a first-time mother.

Her presence during the nighttime hours was invaluable as she helped establish healthy sleep habits for my baby and provided me with emotional support and reassurance during those long and exhausting nights. Elyse was always professional, punctual, and communicative, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable for me and my family.

I would highly recommend Elyse to any new parent in need of overnight care for their baby. Her dedication and expertise in postpartum care truly made a positive impact on my postpartum journey, and I am grateful for her support during this special time. Elyse was absolutely amazing!! She came in at the 11th hour when my husband and I had to move back across the country with our newborn and 3 cats. My husband had gone back to work by then and we had NO family around to help, so she was a life saver. Helped take care of the little one and get us organized, packed, & set up for the journey back. I will never forget her incredible work ethic and sweet, loving mannerisms. She also has an amazing heart. You will be lucky to work with Elyse.

We took Elyse's newborn care class. As first-time parents, it was incredibly helpful and informative, especially with such a caring and aknowledgable teacher. The information was highly organized with easy to read slides, up to date, relevant, and evidence-based. She even had hands-on demonstrations for diaper changing, swaddling, burping, and other newborn care tasks that first-time parents need to know! Elyse truly made us feel comfortable and excited to be parents. We recommend her to everyone!

Elyse helped us at night for the first 6 weeks after our daughter was born, and her help with truly invaluable. Her care and attention with our daughter made it so much easier to recover while also building my confidence as a second time mom. She worked with us to finding feeding solutions, taking it upon herself to reach out to lactation consultants, and always checked in even when she wasn't working. 
She also made sure to make our older son feel special and seen whenever she came over while he was figuring out how to transition to big brother. Elyse felt like family - I highly recommend her for postpartum services!

Elyse is a wonderful doula and person. She has been an amazing resource for my family during our transition from a family of three to a family of four. She is professional, knowledgeable, and warm, but my favorite part about Elyse is that I can see that she delights in and enjoys caring for my baby boy. I can't say enough wonderful things about the incredible support Elyse provided during my postpartum journey. From the moment she stepped into our home, I immediately felt a sense of comfort and reassurance that I desperately needed as a new mom.

Her knowledge of newborn care was like having a trusted expert by our side. Her bag of newborn tricks and tips was an absolute treasure trove. From helping us master the art of baby-wearing, to offering invaluable advice on soothing techniques, and how to navigate nap schedules,  she turned those initial days of uncertainty into moments of confidence and joy.

But Elyse's support extended well beyond the baby. Her culinary skills were a godsend! Not only did she make delicious and nutritious meals that nourished our bodies, but they also warmed our hearts. Her willingness to take on this extra role in our household took a tremendous load off our shoulders.

What truly stood out was her unwavering positive attitude. Her presence brought a sense of calm and positivity into our home that was truly infectious. She radiated warmth and patience, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and seeking help.

Her support was a gift we will forever cherish.  She was willing to help in any way possible, from newborn care to bringing extra donated diapers. Her expertise, delicious meals, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond made our postpartum experience so much more manageable and enjoyable. Elyse, you are an extraordinary doula, and we are immensely grateful for the light you brought into our lives during this special time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Elyse loves babies and does a great job taking care of them and their families when they first arrive.  We were nervous new parents, and she shared great tips and tricks with us, as well as supporting us practically such as with delicious meal prep.  We're still using products she recommended to us to help our baby sleep!
